Drone Flythroughs
Flythroughs are filmed with what is known as a cinewhoop, a small 3-inch drone with guards around the propellers so it can fly indoors without damaging anything. These flights call for skilled pilots who can maneuver around obstacles while showing off everything your home or building has to offer. A flythrough takes anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours to film, depending on the size of the building and the complexity of the flight path.
A flythrough is the best option when you want to give buyers a walkthrough of a home or building without spending your time on showings for people who are not serious. It also sets your listing apart from other agents.

Vacant Land and Empty Lots
Empty lots are often the hardest properties to advertise, because it is rarely clear from the ground exactly what land a buyer is looking at. That is why we outline property lines on most of our aerial photos, so buyers can see exactly what they are getting. We also showcase the surroundings that make a location appealing, such as nearby shopping, points of interest, and the neighborhood itself. Property Inspections
Property inspections matter whether you are buying a home, building one, or deciding whether something needs to be repaired or replaced, and hard-to-reach places are difficult to see from the ground. Take one hillside home we inspected as an example. It sat overlooking the city, the backyard sloped away, and the roof on the back side could not be seen from anywhere in the yard. Climbing onto the roof would have created more risk than it was worth, so the client called us to inspect the entire roof by drone.
Getting that detail meant flying very close to the roof, which is where our certified pilots came in. We flew between the dormers, along the valleys, and around the chimneys to gather every photo the client needed.
Ground Photography and Videography
For ground photography we take a wide range of exterior and interior shots covering the whole property, so clients can pick exactly which pictures and features to show off in their listing. Every photo is edited so it looks as true to the actual property as possible. We also offer interior and exterior ground video, which pairs well with aerial footage in a listing video. We hold our photos and videos to a high standard, so every image you receive helps your listing stand out.

3D Tours
